Gino Pignone, Partner

Over the past 24 years, Gino has practised in the areas of commercial, general litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy, planning and environmental law and occupational health and safety.

Gino holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Law Degree from the Universities of New South Wales and Sydney respectively.

In June 2010, Gino joined Church & Grace after having been a partner of a medium sized Sydney firm and heading up his own firm also in Sydney. Gino acts for a number of public and private companies and individuals in providing litigation and legal support. He also provides compliance advice.

Gino has practised extensively in general debt recovery and security enforcement and supervised recovery teams in acting for financiers as well as acting for major Banks. Currently Gino acts for a number of accounting firms in respect of bankruptcy, liquidations, administrations and receiverships as well as for major institutions, government bodies, ITSA, property developers, national associations, corporations, individuals and for major insurance companies.

Gino's focus is on providing innovative, timely and cost effective legal service.
